Our equipment and skilled operators allow us to minimize the need to produce blanks/masters. Therefore, we can print in 1 pass through the press, resulting in reduction of costs and obsolete inventory.
BCSI produces a significant amount of orders 4 color process (cmyk) flat and thermography. On average, 4 color process business card orders are printed in 1 business day! These orders can all be produced on the same production run and share the costs of set-up at the press, plates, waste, etc., as long as they are printed on our standard paper stock. As a result, many accounts can experience a significant cost savings with 4 color process production of stationery products, rather than PMS colors.
