BCSI does not have a direct sales force. Since 1991, all our new business is obtained strictly through our strategic partnerships. This ethical policy protects our distributors because we do not directly compete with them.
BCSI is headquartered in Burnsville, Minnesota. We have a secondary production-only facility in Agawam, Massachusetts. We operate under one system and can easily transfer work between our facilities based upon zip code, work load, etc.
We employ approximately 130 employees. Both our production facilities operate 3 shifts, 5 days per week.
BCSI produces an average of 10,000 orders per day.
Our accuracy rate is 99.8 percent!
